Servidores Públicos São Convidados a Participar da Consulta Pública sobre Inovação e Valorização das Carreiras
A Associação dos Servidores das Carreiras do Desenvolvimento Econômico e Social de Minas Gerais (ASDESMG) lançou uma Consulta Pública com o objetivo de coletar percepções e sugestões dos servidores sobre inovação no serviço público, valorização das carreiras e os desafios e benefícios do teletrabalho.
A iniciativa faz parte da Semana da Inovação e Criatividade no Serviço Público, promovida pela ASDESMG, e busca ampliar o debate sobre as condições de trabalho, novas práticas de gestão e a importância da modernização nas carreiras públicas.
A consulta é aberta a todos os servidores do e pode ser respondida de forma anônima. As respostas coletadas serão utilizadas para embasar estudos e ações em defesa da valorização dos servidores e da melhoria das condições de trabalho.
