Resolução SEPLAG nº 044/2025 assegura teletrabalho integral para servidoras lactantes até os 2 anos de vida da criança
Foi publicada em 07 de julho de 2025 a Resolução SEPLAG nº 044/2025, que altera a Resolução SEPLAG nº 57/2023 e traz um importante avanço na política de valorização e cuidado com as servidoras públicas estaduais de Minas Gerais.
A nova norma inclui as servidoras lactantes entre as hipóteses de autorização para o regime de teletrabalho integral, no período compreendido entre o término da licença-maternidade e os 24 meses de vida da criança.
O benefício será concedido por períodos de 6 meses, prorrogáveis até completar os 2 anos de vida da criança, mediante:
Requerimento da chefia imediata à unidade de recursos humanos do órgão ou entidade;
Apresentação da certidão de nascimento do(a) filho(a) da servidora;
Atestado médico, renovado a cada semestre, declarando que a servidora está em fase de amamentação, com identificação da mãe e do(a) filho(a);
Análise da documentação e assinatura do gestor da unidade de recursos humanos;
Aprovação e assinatura do titular do órgão ou entidade.
Essa medida fortalece o direito à maternidade, contribui para o bem-estar da criança, da servidora e da família, além de promover maior equilíbrio entre vida pessoal e profissional. A iniciativa também está alinhada às boas práticas de gestão pública e de saúde no ambiente de trabalho.
