Dispõe sobre a prestação de assistência à saúde pelo Instituto de Previdência dos Servidores do Estado de Minas Gerais (Ipsemg) e dá outras providências.

Análise das mudanças no IPSEMG:
O valor da contribuição mensal dependerá da remuneração do titular. Vamos analisar as possibilidades:
Cenário 1: Remuneração do titular superior a dois salários-mínimos
Titular: 3,2% da remuneração, limitado a R$ 500,00.
Esposa: 3,2% da remuneração do titular, limitado a R$ 500,00.
Filho (34 anos): R$ 90,00.
Cenário 2: Remuneração do titular igual ou inferior a dois salários-mínimos
Titular: 3,2% da remuneração.
Esposa: 3,2% da remuneração do titular.
Filho (34 anos): 3,2% da remuneração do titular, limitado a R$ 90,00.
Exemplo:
Se a remuneração do titular for de R$ 5.000,00 (Cenário 1), a contribuição seria:
Titular: R$ 160,00 (3,2% de R$ 5.000,00)
Esposa: R$ 160,00 (3,2% de R$ 5.000,00)
Filho: R$ 90,00
Total: R$ 410,00
Se a remuneração do titular for de R$ 1.500,00 (Cenário 2), a contribuição seria:
Titular: R$ 48,00 (3,2% de R$ 1.500,00)
Esposa: R$ 48,00 (3,2% de R$ 1.500,00)
Filho: R$ 48,00 (3,2% de R$ 1.500,00)
Total: R$ 144,00
Observações importantes:
O valor máximo de R$ 500,00 por beneficiário é um teto individual, conforme abordado anteriormente.
No caso de remuneração superior a dois salários-mínimos, a contribuição do filho de 34 anos é fixa (R$ 90,00).
